Yes, you read that right. We're a dojo FOR women, TAUGHT by women, OWNED by a woman (me!).
Karate combines light-impact cardio, while building strength, balance and flexibility. You can practice karate at any age! We have students aged 20 to over 60.
All exercise is great for your mental health and well-being and for stress relief. Karate will help you bring focus and calm to your life inside and outside the dojo.
Suffer from Imposter Syndrome? Karate can help with that. You earn your belts. You earn your progress, and as you do, you build confidence. And you carry that confidence into every aspect of your life.
